Samantha Koopersmith
Associate
Samantha Koopersmith is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group with experience defending automotive consumer warranty and product liability disputes.
Samantha has represented clients in complex commercial cases as well as consumer warranty cases, before state and federal courts.
While attending New England School of Law, Samantha received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Women’s Issues.
Samantha has also participated in numerous pro bono programs. Most recently, she served as a volunteer lawyer for the Los Angeles Bar Association’s domestic violence program.
