Kathrin Koterzyna is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group, as well as the German Practice. She advises clients on matters involving general commercial litigation and product liability litigation, in particular in the automotive industry. She also advises German companies on establishing subsidiaries and setting up business operations in the US, in coordination with a cross-functional team of other practice groups.

As a native German, Kathrin is licensed to practice in the US (California) and in Germany.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathrin worked in the M&A practice of a major international law firm in Germany, advising premier national and international companies on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as on corporate law.
