Ken Kurosu is a member of the firm's global board. He focuses his practice on project finance, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate and commercial law matters, with industry focuses on energy, aviation, telecommunications and chemicals.

Ken is named as one of the “Hot 100” lawyers by Asia Legal Business (ALB) magazine. He has been listed in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific since 2010 as a leading individual in Japan for corporate and merger and acquisition matters. In the 2009 inaugural edition and the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in Japan, Ken is listed for his corporate and M&A practice.

Ken served two four-year terms as outside statutory auditor (kansayaku) for a Tokyo Stock Exchange first section listed fine chemicals company.

Ken has worked in our Los Angeles office, as well as in Hong Kong. He was raised in Japan.
