Francescopaolo Lauro is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Milan office.

He advises Italian and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters.

Francescopaolo represents clients on corporate governance issues; partnership agreements; licensing and sales agreements; technical assistance agreements; research and development agreements; product supply and toll manufacturing agreements; and distribution and agency agreements.

He regularly assists on key corporate and regulatory issues for clients operating in the pharmaceutical, automotive, publishing, media and advertising, and technology, media and telecom (TMT) sectors.

He has handled various extraordinary transactions, mainly in private M&A (both sell- and buy-side).

  • Assisting a US-based group, operating in the ticketing and entertainment industry, in the acquisition of a company specialising in the development of ticket generation software.
  • Assisting a US-based group, operating in the ticketing and entertainment sector, in the acquisition of an Italian group specialising in the organisation and promotion of events and festivals.
  • Assisting an Italian group, operating in the photovoltaic sector, in the sale of a subsidiary holding authorisations for the construction of several plants in southern Italy.
  • Assisting a group operating, inter alia, in the development and production of automotive components, in the sale of a subsidiary operating in the same sector to an Italian group.
  • Assisting in the sale of an entire Swiss group operating globally in the logistics and transport sector to a Japanese group operating in the same sector.
  • Assisting an Italian group operating, inter alia, in the aerospace, automotive and healthcare components sectors, in investing along with publicly owned funds in an Italian company operating in the aerospace components development sector.
