Iris Lim is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she assists clients on matters such as merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital transactions, institutional and private equity financing, as well as general corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Iris served as a judicial clerk in the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she drafted over 20 decisions and recommendations for Judge Weinzweig and received the Above and Beyond award, nominated by her peers. While in law school, Iris was the managing editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and received the CALI award for achieving the highest grade in Legal Method & Writing. Iris’ fluency in Korean, coupled with having lived in over seven countries across four continents, gives her a global perspective when approaching legal matters and counseling clients.
