Iris Lim is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she advises clients on a wide range of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, formations and dissolutions, venture capital transactions, institutional and private equity financing, as well as corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Iris’ fluency in Korean, coupled with having lived in over seven countries across four continents, gives her a global perspective when approaching legal matters and counseling clients. Among her colleagues, Iris is known for being detail-oriented, timely, communicative and having great project management skills.
Prior to joining the firm, Iris served as a judicial clerk to Judge David D. Weinzweig at the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she drafted over 20 decisions and recommendations. Her exceptional work at the Court of Appeals earned her the “Above and Beyond” award, a recognition nominated by her peers. While in law school, Iris was the managing editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and received the CALI award for achieving the highest grade in Legal Method & Writing.
