Holly Lindley
Senior Associate
Holly is a senior associate based in our Birmingham office. She has a broad range of experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate real estate and, in particular, landlord and tenant matters including lease acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, sales and leasebacks, all forms of estate management and acquisitions of freehold reversions.
Holly has mainly acted for national retailers and corporate occupiers, but has also advised landlords including a landlord of a Midlands industrial park and a multi-let office building. She has experience in acting for banks and other lending institutions providing funding for business acquisitions and has been involved in a number of corporate support matters, advising on the property aspects of various business and share acquisitions.
- Acting for a national funeral services provider on the sale and leaseback of its group of freehold properties sold at commercial auction.
- Acting for the UK’s largest high street payday lender on various leasehold acquisitions nationwide.
- Acting for a national retailer on various estate management matters including licences for alterations, assignment and underletting.
- Acting for a UK bank in connection with the funding arrangement of a business acquisition of a company, involving sixteen leasehold retail shops.
- Acting for a newly incorporated company formed to take a lease of restaurant/takeaway premises as a new business venture.
- Assisting on an internal restructuring project of the property portfolio for a national landowner.
