Holly Lindley
Senior Associate
Holly Lindley is a senior associate based in our Birmingham office. She has a broad range of experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate real estate and, in particular, landlord and tenant matters, including lease acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, sales and leasebacks, all forms of estate management and acquisitions of freehold reversions.
Holly has mainly acted for national retailers and corporate occupiers, but has also advised landlords, including a landlord of a Midlands industrial park and a multilet office building. She has additionally been involved in a number of corporate support matters, advising on the property aspects of various business and share acquisitions.
- Acting for a national funeral services provider on the sale and leaseback of its group of freehold properties sold at commercial auction.
- Acting for the world’s leading cancer charity on various leasehold acquisitions nationwide.
- Acting for a national retailer on various estate management matters, including leasehold acquisitions and disposals, relocations, licences for alterations, works agreements, assignments and underlettings.
- Acting for a newly incorporated company formed to take a lease of restaurant/takeaway premises as a new business venture.
