“Josh’s commercial acumen is self-evident, guiding us through complex decisions with clear insights that maximise value. What stands out most is the speed of delivery. Josh and his team consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, making him and Squires a reliable partner in every sense.” Phil Parker, CEO, Sunbelt Rentals Limited.

“I’ve worked with Josh on several transactions including BGF’s investments into Arc Inspirations and Tribepad. I view him very much as a trusted adviser who is able to provide both commercial and legal insight/challenge throughout the deal process. Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic and always strives to get the best result for his client.” Rob Johnson, Investor, BGF.

“The support and advice provided by Josh, and the rest of the Squire Patton Boggs team, was first class. I was particularly impressed by Josh’s technical skill and ability to identify, explain and negotiate those matters that were of key concern to management whilst at the same time establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the lawyers on the other side.” Simon Thomson, General Counsel and Company Secretary, Portakabin Limited.
