I view him very much as a trusted adviser who is able to provide both commercial and legal insight/challenge throughout the deal process. Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic and always strives to get the best result for his client.” Rob Johnson, Investor, BGF.
“The support and advice provided by Josh, and the rest of the Squire Patton Boggs team, was first class. I was particularly impressed by Josh’s technical skill and ability to identify, explain and negotiate those matters that were of key concern to management whilst at the same time establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the lawyers on the other side.” Simon Thomson, General Counsel and Company Secretary, Portakabin Limited.
