Prew Lumley is a property partner in the Leeds office of the Real Estate Practice and has more than 20 years’ experience as a commercial property lawyer. Prew heads the Retail Real Estate team and acts for a number of high street retailers and restaurants. Prew also manages the property portfolio of various large corporate occupiers and has dealt with a number of high-value head office moves in recent years.

    Prew works with a number of high-profile commercial and residential developers and advises several strategic land developers. In addition, she acts for various local authorities on a variety of regeneration projects and development schemes, including representing the Homes and Communities Agency (formerly known as English Partnerships) and the various Regional Development Agencies such as Yorkshire Forward and SEEDA.
