  • He specializes in domestic and international transactions including M&A, corporate restructuring, compliance, joint ventures, franchise, license and private equity, securities, lease and loan together with expertise in litigation and international arbitration. 
  • Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs in 2014, he was a partner at two prominent Japanese law firms before forming his own firm, Mamiya Law Offices in 2008.
