Stephanie Marmol is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She represents lenders and borrowers in connection with a variety of international and domestic commercial, corporate and project financings, and various other corporate and financing transactions with a focus on the renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie worked as a legal intern in the US Department of Justice Antirust division and in commercial real estate transactions representing two of the largest loan servicers for commercial-backed securities in the US with respect to the servicing of hundreds of loan portfolios relating to commercial real estate.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2019. While in law school, she was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and participated in the International & European Tax Moot Court Competition.

Prior to attending law school, Stephanie served in the US Army as an interrogator, during which she participated in Operation Enduring Freedom counterintelligence operations in Afghanistan.
