Stephanie Marmol is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group, where she represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border commercial, corporate and project financings. Her practice focuses on complex financing transactions across the renewable energy and infrastructure.

Stephanie has significant experience with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, focusing her practice on the structuring and negotiation of debt financing transactions, including, secured and unsecured facilities, corporate revolving credit, term loan and letter of credit facilities, Department of Energy LPO facilities, as well as project financing and back-levered facilities for standalone projects and portfolios of projects, including renewable energy generating facilities, battery energy storage facilities, gas pipelines and electricity transmission lines.

Prior to joining our firm, Stephanie worked in the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division and in commercial real estate transactions, where she represented two of the largest loan servicers for commercial-backed securities in the US. She also served in the US Army as an interrogator, participating in counterintelligence operations during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
