Eva Martínez’s mains areas of practice are EU law, and competition and antitrust law.
Eva’s practice covers cartels, abuses of dominance and restrictive practices. She carries out jurisdictional analysis for companies in the context of transactions such as joint ventures. Eva also advises clients on merger notifications concerning cross-border transactions to European and national authorities.
Eva holds a double bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and from the Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. Furthermore, to specialise in international and European law, she obtained an LL.M. in international law from the Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2020, and an LL.M. in international criminal justice from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2021. This year, she obtained a master’s degree in access to the legal profession from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She is currently a junior lawyer in the firm's Competition – Antitrust team, based in the Madrid office.
