Aodhan Mc Gourty
Senior Associate
Aodhan McGourty’s practice focuses on EU product regulation and environmental law matters, including packaging, ecodesign, general chemicals, biocides, green claims and the EU Water Framework Directive.
Aodhan is also actively involved in task force management for biocidal active substances, contentious work before the European courts, strategic advocacy, and complex data-sharing arrangements.
With extensive experience across a wide range of sectors, he offers strategic advice to clients to help them comply with their regulatory requirements.
