Molly McKenna is an associate in the Government Investigations & White Collar Practice. She is based in our Dubai office but has previously worked in the firm’s London and Birmingham offices and is qualified in England and Wales.

Her experience includes a broad range of compliance, regulatory and investigative matters involving large multinational corporates and high net worth individuals. Molly regularly handles cross-border cases concerning complex business and financial crime, and regulatory misconduct, as well as public inquiries, and proactive compliance and due diligence matters, including in the context of M&A activities and private equity transactions. During these representations, she has engaged with various regulatory bodies, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the National Crime Agency (NCA). Additionally, she has worked on an extremely high-profile corporate manslaughter matter.

Outside of work, Molly is one of the youngest committee members of the Female Fraud Forum, a multidisciplinary organisation operating in the civil and criminal fraud sectors.

  • Advising a Middle Eastern conglomerate in an internal investigation of whistleblower allegations involving corruption, procurement fraud and breaches of immigration legislation involving board members and key executives.
  • Advising a global technology and investment conglomerate on the identification and analysis of the environmental, social and governance (ESG)-related laws, regulations and standards applicable to its operations and appointed directors in six Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
  • Advising the US subsidiary of a UK plc in an internal investigation into alleged financial mismanagement.
  • Advising an intergovernmental organisation in an internal investigation into alleged financial mismanagement.
  • Working in the large cross-practice team that is investigating the Brixton Academy crowd crush incident and dealing with the Metropolitan Police Service corporate manslaughter investigation, Operation Wickmar.
