Alice Moserova is an associate in the Financial Services Practice based in the London office. Her practice covers domestic and cross-border non-contentious banking and finance transactions with a focus on leveraged and asset-based lending. Alice acts for banks, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers.

Alice completed her training with the firm and gained experience in corporate, general litigation and pensions. She has also undertaken a secondment at a real estate developer during her training with the firm.

  • Acted on the lender side of a £20 million term loan corporate financing for a hotel group in the UK.
  • Assisted on the lender side as English counsel on a €50 million cross-border ABL transaction arranged under the laws of the Netherlands.
  • Advised a private equity fund in connection with the acquisition of a group of companies in the US and Europe.
  • Advised the senior lender on the provision of asset based lending facilities to support an MBO.
  • Acted on the borrower side of a €100 million international refinancing.
  • Acted on the lender side of a £3.5 million senior financing for a vineyard in the UK, working closely with the real estate team.
  • Advised a US alternative lender on a number of sponsor-backed transactions and other refinancings.
  • Acted as special counsel to a US fund in US$96 million second lien term loan acquisition finance facilities.
  • Acted as lead counsel to a luxury makeup and skincare retailer in relation to leveraged cross-border credit facilities.
  • Acted for a specialist real estate finance firm on a bespoke debt and co-investment equity financing.
  • Advising lenders and corporate borrowers in respect of portfolio matters.
  • Advising financial institutions, corporates and individuals in respect of a variety of finance and banking matters generally.
