Ashley Oaks has extensive experience representing clients in state court, federal court, and in alternative dispute resolution. Ashley has handled hundreds of cases at all phases from inception through settlement, mediation, trial or arbitration. She works closely with clients to develop innovative litigation strategies that align with their specific needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley practiced in a boutique law firm that specialized in consumer warranty defense litigation. Ashley also has litigation experience across multiple areas of law, including commercial business litigation, real estate litigation and general liability.

While earning her law degree, Ashley participated in Howard Law School’s Clinical Law Center, where she represented clients with fair housing issues before administrative law tribunals. She also completed externships in the US Department of Housing and Urban Developments Office of General Counsel, as well as the Office of Policy, Development and Research.
