Christine Palser is an associate in the Commercial Property Practice.

    Christine advises institutional and other investors on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and portfolio management and landlord and tenant issues. She also provides assistance on property aspects of both corporate and finance-led transactions.

    Christine is a member of Women in Property (National Association and South East Division).

    • Acting for an institutional investor in relation to the acquisition and management of its shopping centres.
    • Acting for an institutional investor in the simplification of its group structure and the subsequent sale of its £120m prominent city centre shopping centre subject to occupational leases of shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema and a hotel.
    • Acting for a local council in connection with the disposal and development of city centre land for a mixed use scheme including retail outlets, a hotel, a leisure complex and residential accommodation.
    • Working within a multi- discipline team to assist in the restructuring and refinancing of the £170m redevelopment of part of a large Grade-I listed London station comprising of residential apartments and a five star hotel.
    • Assisting with a series of large scale sale and leaseback schemes for an international supermarket chain.
    • Advising on the property aspects of high value corporate transactions.
    • Providing property based support to the Asset Based Lending team in securing charges over single or portfolio’s of commercial and/or residential properties.
