David Parry
Director
David Parry is a director in the Financial Services Practice, based in the Leeds office.
David has a broad range of experience, including general corporate lending, leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending and sustainability linked loans. He regularly advises both corporate borrowers and lenders and has advised on several cross-border transactions.
David trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm in London and spent nearly 11 years in the banking and finance team of another international top-tier firm based in Leeds before joining us in March 2023.
- Advising ECI in relation to facilities provided by a club of banks to acquire Croud Holdings Limited.
- Acting for Virgin Money in the relation to the purchase of Cutwel by Inflexion.
- Advising Lloyds Bank plc in relation to the provision of loan facilities to the Raymond Brown group.
- Acting for Aspinal of London Group Limited in relation to the refinancing of its loan facilities.
- Advising LDC in relation to its investments in the Bullen Healthcare group and The 55 Group.
