Acted lender side on various asset-based-lends for distressed businesses.
Advised administrators from Alvarez & Marsal on the trading administration, and sale of business and assets of Go Plant group to Sweeptech.
Provided directors’ duties advice to the board of a national tool distributor with a turnover of circa £96 million and subsequently advised administrators on the sale of assets and business.
