Chris Paschali is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, based in the Leeds office.

Chris advises on both transactional and dispute related matters for insolvency practitioners, creditors, asset based lenders and private equity houses.

Experience

  • Acted for administrators from Interpath Advisory on the trading administration, and subsequent sale of the business and assets of the Slack & Parr group, which included disposals of US and Chinese subsidiaries.

  • Provided directors’ duties advice to the directors of the Customade Group, a windows and doors manufacturer and distributor with circa £110 million turnover. This included advising on a sale process of the business and assets to separate buyers, which resulted in the appointment of Alvarez & Marsal as administrators.

  • Advised GCH Corporation in relation to its acquisition of the business and assets of Thurston Group, a modular buildings business, via a prepack administration.

  • Advised Leumi ABL on a €101 million cross-border refinancing to Oxalis and Tank und Silo, an Anglo-German bulk road transportation business.

  • Advised administrators from Alvarez & Marsal on the sale of business and assets of Go Plant group to Sweeptech.

  • Advised administrators from Teneo on the prepack administration of C Brown & Sons, a steel business with circa £40 million turnover.

  • Provided directors’ duties advice to the board of a national tool distributor with a turnover of circa £96 million and subsequently advised administrators on the sale of assets and business.
