  • Acquisition, construction, leasing and disposal of various roadside developments including electric vehicle charging hubs through joint venture partners and equity investors.
  • Advised Middle Eastern Bank on a circa £10 million term loan facility on a fixed rate murabaha structure with an offshore holdco-propco structure.
  • Acts on behalf of a pub restaurant operator in acquiring freehold and leasehold properties and continues to manage its large portfolio of commercial premises.
  • Acts on behalf of a pharmaceutical business in the management of its large portfolio of pharmacy properties (circa 75) and is experienced in the acquisition and disposal of pharmacy and optician businesses.
  • Advising on the acquisition, disposals and leasebacks of data centres with complex retention and escrow arrangements to preserve Tier IV fit out status.
  • Acted on the acquisition of a portfolio of properties as part of a share sale with a total consideration of £100 million and involving circa 70 to 80 properties.
  • Manages a large portfolio of properties (30 to 35) for and on behalf of a petrol station operator and developer and industrial premises investor.
