Kimberly Phan is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group based in our Los Angeles office, who focuses her practice on commercial disputes related to automotive product warranty, products liability and fraud claims.

Kimberly has been in the transportation industry since 2019, representing clients ranging from aerospace companies and automotive dealerships across California to automotive manufacturers. She is an experienced litigator who routinely handles matters from inception through trial, including second-chairing a jury trial that resulted in a unanimous defense verdict in a consumers legal remedies case in 2024. Kimberly regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, compliance with state and federal laws, and dispute resolution, and has experience drafting appellate briefs, amicus curiae briefs, motions for summary judgment and other dispositive filings.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she was a UCLA law faculty scholar and recipient of the Asian American Bar Association Diversity Scholarship, as well as serving as editor-in-chief of the Pacific Basin Law Journal. Kimberly graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kimberly is a licensed real estate professional, with experience conducting both commercial and residential transactions since 2012.
