Tom Prior is an associate in the Litigation team, predominately advising on commercial and corporate litigation, as well as insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

    Tom has strong advocacy experience, having appeared for clients and instructed senior counsel on a diverse range of matters in multiple state courts and administrative tribunals.

    • Appearing and instructing in the Western Australian Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal and the New South Wales Supreme Court in respect of commercial disputes and administrative appeals.
    • Preparing and drafting pleadings, witness statements, interlocutory applications, affidavits and submissions.
    • Briefing senior counsel and expert witnesses in respect of matters before the Western Australian and New South Wales Supreme Courts and in commercial arbitrations.
    • Advising directors and companies in relation to insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
