Jurriaan Puijpe

Jurriaan Puijpe is an associate in our Amsterdam office who specialises in corporate law. Jurriaan advises and represents clients during mergers, acquisitions and investments, in which context he draws up and assesses – among other things – share purchase and shareholder agreements. At his previous firm, he was involved in various national and international M&A transactions, including strategic acquisitions, private equity deals, auctions and public offers, both on the buy side and the sell side.
