Ally Rich provides strategic advice to individuals and corporate clients in responding to government and regulatory inquiries. Her work includes assisting companies in interpreting and complying with regulatory requirements, and she has significant experience assessing litigation risks and evaluating risk management issues. She is also experienced in all aspects of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Ally regularly conducts internal investigations for companies in response to governmental inquiries and enforcement actions. She frequently represents individuals and corporate clients in matters before the Department of Justice, the Securities & Exchange Commission, FINRA and numerous state Attorney General offices.

She has also represented the City of New York in contract disputes involving the city’s capital construction projects. Additionally, Ally has extensive experience with management-side labor disputes governed by collective bargaining agreements.

She began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Walls of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
