Ally Rich focuses her practice on government and internal investigations, regulatory compliance and governance issues. She frequently represents individuals and corporate clients in matters before the Department of Justice, the Securities & Exchange Commission, FINRA and numerous state Attorney General offices. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

She has also represented the City of New York in contract disputes involving the city’s capital construction projects and was responsible for litigation risk assessment and risk management issues for such projects. Additionally, Ally has extensive experience with management-side labor disputes governed by collective bargaining agreements.

She began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Walls of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ally volunteers her time with the Veterans Legal Services Clinic of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, which she helped create.
