Michelle Saney is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group based in the New York office. Michelle joins the firm with a wealth of knowledge and experience through the US bankruptcy courts, specifically in the aviation, mortgage servicing, energy, agriculture and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle clerked for the Honorable James L. Garrity Jr. in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and for the Honorable Karen K. Specie in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida. She previously served as an extern in the Office of the US Trustee and for the Honorable Catherine J. Furay in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Michelle is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
