Connor Sargeant is an associate in our Real Estate Practice, based in the Manchester office.
- Assisting on a transaction to build a large BTR development of over 270 units, including preparing ancillary documentation.
- Acting on supported living accommodation transactions including elements of site acquisition, forward funding and letting.
- Working on various asset management matters, including in the disposal of freehold and leasehold land, as well as preparing licences to assign and underlet.
