His financing experience includes property development funding across almost every sector.
In addition to general investment and development work for commercial property, Bradley specialises in real estate work concerning care homes, student accommodation, retirement villages and social housing, as well as work for nurseries. For a large UK-wide care home provider, Bradley acted on its substantial portfolio for a number of years, including acting on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and new-build development projects.
