Bradley Silver helps clients put together complex real estate deals, particularly those with a significant financing aspect or in healthcare. He has expertise in all aspects of commercial property, and advises on acquisitions, disposals, developments, financings and restructurings.

Bradley's diverse practice covers traditional real estate and real estate finance work, as well as healthcare and other operational asset classes. He has substantial expertise advising on real estate finance transactions, and has led property teams advising clearing and other banks, alternative lenders, borrowers and investors. His financing experience includes property development funding across almost every sector.

In addition to general investment and development work for commercial property, Bradley specialises in real estate work concerning care homes, student accommodation, retirement villages and social housing, as well as work for nurseries. For a large UK-wide care home provider, Bradley acted on its substantial portfolio for a number of years, including acting on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and new-build development projects.

Working on transactions that sit within the complex crossover of property, corporate and finance law means that Bradley has a risk-conscious approach, focusing on producing efficient solutions to high-risk problems for his clients, enabling them to fund projects confidently. The financing of property development occurs across almost any sector, and Bradley is well accustomed to building strong "trusted adviser" relationships with his clients from all sides of the fence.

Bradley has an adaptable skillset, and is able to see his clients’ problems from multiple perspectives, using his expertise gained from working across so many different sectors to the benefit of each specific client.

Having spent time on secondment with a major retail and commercial bank, Bradley understands how his clients work from the inside out, and how they run their businesses on an everyday basis.
