Bradley Silver is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group based in the London office.

Bradley advises on traditional real estate and real estate finance work, as well as healthcare and other operational asset classes. He has expertise in all aspects of commercial property, and advises on acquisitions, disposals, developments, financings and restructurings. Bradley manages a number of commercial portfolios for clients.

Bradley is part of the firm’s real estate finance practice, advising borrowers, listed and private funds, family offices and private equity investors, as well as banks, financial institutions, debt funds and alternative lenders, in addition to advising on structured finance transactions secured on real estate and operational assets.

Bradley specialises in real estate work concerning care homes, retirement villages, senior living and social housing, as well as work for nurseries and student accommodation assets. For a large UK-wide care home provider, Bradley has acted on its substantial portfolio for a number of years, including on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and new-build development projects.

  • Acting on the acquisition of the NHP/HC-One group (former Southern Cross portfolio) and its subsequent acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations and financings.
  • Acting on various developments for a care home provider, including a series of circa 70-bed care homes at various sites.
  • Advising on portfolio financings of more than 100 properties, including a refinancing of circa 30 mobile home sites.
  • Advising on development financing for a range of assets, including airports, hotels, retail parks, marinas, commercial, residential and mixed use.
  • Advising on numerous loans for German Landesbank and Pfandbrief banks, on various prime and city financings.
  • Acting for a borrower in social housing on its first financing of circa 140 properties while simultaneously carrying out a group restructuring and subsequent further financings.
  • Advising on the sale and leaseback of 10 nurseries.
  • Advising on acquiring a shopping centre and its subsequent asset management.
  • Acting for a number of clients on their real estate portfolios.
