Bhakti Solanki
Senior Associate
Bhakti Solanki is a senior associate in our Birmingham office. She has a broad range of experience in dealing with portfolio property refinances, corporate real estate, acquisitions of leases and lease renewals, and acquisitions and sales of freehold properties.
Bhakti has acted for landlords and tenants of multi-let office buildings and national retailers. She has experience in acting for banks providing funding for acquisitions and has been involved in corporate support matters, advising on the property aspects of various business and share acquisitions.
