Ben Squires
Partner
Ben Squires is a partner in the Corporate and Private Equity teams in the UK, having joined from a major New York-based international law firm. Ben advises on all aspects of corporate work and has a particular specialism in private equity.
Ben’s expertise covers all types of corporate work, in particular private equity and mainstream mergers and acquisitions (both domestically and internationally). On the corporate side, Ben’s clients range from owner-managers to PLCs. On the private equity side, Ben covers all transactional aspects ranging from advising private equity houses/sponsors and their portfolio companies to advising management teams and/or the shareholders of target companies.
