Rick Stolbach counsels a wide array of US and non-US based clients in the areas of domestic and international business transactions and practices, with particular focus on real estate, joint ventures, business structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. A former deputy chair of the firm’s Business Department, Rick draws on both his many years of private legal practice, as well as his experience as a business executive, to assist clients in the development or restructuring of complex commercial relationships and the completion of a broad range of transactions, and has been involved in real estate and infrastructure projects throughout the US and on five continents.
