Associate
Fiona is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group based in our Leeds office and has experience in a wide range of commercial property work, which includes landlord and tenant work, advising corporate clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties and acting for lenders funding the purchase of commercial property. Fiona’s clients include those in the leisure, retail and energy and utilities sectors.
Fiona also works with the Corporate and Financial Services teams on the real estate aspects of acquisitions and disposals of businesses and on corporate refinancing.
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Instructed by clients in the leisure and retail sectors in various landlord and tenant matters concerning their property portfolios.
- Advising an electricity distribution network operator in relation to voluntary agreements with several landowners in connection with a new 22-kilometre electrical circuit.
