  • Obtained dismissal, with prejudice, of plaintiffs’ claims on a motion to dismiss in a contested trust and estates litigation involving a protracted family dispute.
  • Counseled a client in a highly sensitive and non-public matter involving prospective qui tam relators alleging violations of the False Claims Act.
  • Secured a favorable settlement for a well-known biotechnology company in a federal declaratory judgment action after filing trade secret misappropriation counterclaims.
  • Defended a Fortune 150 client in all state and federal New York litigation; oversaw all initial investigation, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiation and trial planning.
  • Second-chaired jury trial for a Fortune 150 client, resulting in a favorable settlement prior to verdict.
  • Defended a Fortune 1000 client as National Coordinating Counsel in over 120 federal multidistrict litigation mass tort cases; charged with oversight of initial investigation, motion practice, discovery and trial planning.
