Natalie Vicchio is an associate in the Public & Infrastructure Finance Group. The majority of her practice focuses on tax issues relating to a wide range of public infrastructure and development projects that bolster local communities, with particular emphasis on federal tax credits, such as new markets and historic rehabilitation, tax-exempt bonds and public-private partnerships (P3s).

Natalie assists clients in navigating the complexities of tax-advantaged and P3 financings, particularly in the affordable housing sector for low-income, workforce and military housing developments. She also has significant experience working on federal tax matters relating to qualified 501(c)(3) bonds and governmental general obligation, as well as revenue bonds. Prior to joining the firm, Natalie gained nonprofit programmatic and fundraising experience at an international creative writing, as well as a cultural exchange program and a health and human services organization.
