Ilze Vigo is a director in the Financial Services Practice, based in the London office. She has more than 15 years of experience as a general banking lawyer, acting on a wide range of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions in a variety of industries.

  • Assisting a number of investment companies and sponsors with the recapitalisation of their portfolio companies.
  • Representing several insurance companies in connection with collateral arrangements relating to insurance and reinsurance arrangements (including longevity risk transfers).
  • Acting for a major international bank on a series of loans to a bank in Azerbaijan.
