Lea-Theresa Voss is an associate in our Competition – Antitrust Practice in the Brussels office. She focuses her practice on competition law matters, including merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI), as well as regulatory matters in the communications sector.

Lea advises clients on transactional matters regarding cross-border transactions and consults on regulatory compliance with telecommunications law. She frequently interacts with European and national competition and regulatory authorities on behalf of her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Lea completed her legal clerkship in Hamburg and Namibia. During law school, Lea spent a substantial amount of time abroad, studying in Montpellier, France and obtaining a Master of Laws – specialising in international law – in Sydney, Australia.

  • Providing global communications providers with a one-stop shop compliance solution to comply with the applicable filing and reporting requirements under communications laws across the globe.
  • Advising a major global automotive manufacturer on telecom regulation, privacy and competition compliance in connection with its connected car distribution system.
  • Advising on merger control and FDI filing requirements in relation to a large-cap acquisition of a major chemical business.
  • Consulting on and submitting a German merger filing between companies manufacturing aircraft components.
