Yuichiro Yasutomo is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice. He has extensive experience in assisting Japanese and non-Japanese companies in corporate transactions, M&A, intellectual property (IP) matters, international commercial arbitration and litigation. He supports clients in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, including share purchase agreements and EPC contracts, as well as in arbitration, litigation and cross-border disputes. He assists clients in the chemicals, consumer electronics, medical diagnostic devices and startup industries and research institutes.

Before becoming a lawyer, Yuichiro worked in the IT consulting services business. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he worked for a boutique US-based IP law firm and for a Japanese law firm specializing in IP and international dispute resolution and transactions.

Yuichiro is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
