Daniel Zhao is an associate in the Corporate Practice, where he focuses on the representation of corporate and institutional clients on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. His experience spans both domestic and cross-border deals, and he has worked on transactional matters for companies involved in industries including healthcare, biotechnology, food, electronics, pharmaceutical and manufacturing.
