In partnership with Brooks Ecological and Leeds City Council, we are delighted to invite you to join us for a Biodiversity Net Gain and Development Seminar on Tuesday 5 December 2023.
Given the timeframe provided by the government, all regulations and guidance should be published by the end of November, in order to allow mandatory implementation of biodiversity net gain in January. We will, accordingly, be well placed to provide a comprehensive update on practical implications and procedural requirements, and the potential opportunities that can arise from biodiversity net gain, with added insight from a local planning authority and specialist ecologist.
Speakers
- David Myers, director, Squire Patton Boggs
- Martin Elliot, head of strategic planning, Leeds City Council
- Sam Kitching, principal ecologist, Brooks Ecological
