Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs has advised long-time client Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading residential real estate investment and management firm, on the $444 million refinancing of a military housing public‑private partnership at Fort Carson, Colorado.
The transaction strengthens the long-term financial foundation of the community and supports a substantial expansion of new construction and reinvestment initiatives benefiting service members and their families.
