Squire Patton Boggs has advised the sellers on an agreement relating to the sale of Trajan controlled Essences et Parfums.
A group specializing in the creation of fragrances and essences for distributors or foreign perfumery brands, to Sagard. The transaction is expected to close in Spring 2026.
The team in Paris advising the sellers was led by partners Charles Fabry and Anthony Guillaume and included Kevin Cosmao, Inès Khanfir, Angelique Charrier, Romane Vernier, Marion Cavalier, Valérie Ravit and Camille Cretin.
Founded in 1993, Essences & Parfums is one of the last independent perfume houses in the Pays de Grasse, France. The company serves clients in over 30 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
