Squire Patton Boggs Advises PREMIUM Equity Partners on Investment in color parts GmbH

Squire Patton Boggs has advised PREMIUM Equity Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in color parts GmbH, a leading provider of high-end coatings and surface finishes in the luxury and premium segment.

The existing shareholders, managing directors Meik Jeremies and Thomas Hähnel, as well as the WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen, remain involved in the company through a substantial re-investment.

The multi-practice team advising PREMIUM Equity Partners was led by Corporate partner Robert Bastian in Frankfurt, who has been advising PREMIUM Equity Partners regularly for 15 years.  The team included Dr. Marion von Groenheim and Ann-Kristin Kleine Jäger in the Corporate practice, Dr. Sandra Müller in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice, Andreas Lehmann in the Financial Services practice, Dr. Christian Bleschke in the Tax Strategy and Benefits practice, Oliver Geiss and Leska Bartnik in the Competition – Antitrust practice, and Dagmar Nolden in the Labor and Employment practice.
