Allan Ghosn is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, based in Paris.
Allan focuses his practice on industrial and financial restructuring matters implemented through out-of-court (ad hoc mandate and conciliation proceedings), and in-court proceedings (safeguard, reorganisation and liquidation proceedings).
He advises on turnaround matters, representing debtors in negotiations with shareholders, lenders, the French state, suppliers and others to obtain reorganisation agreements.
He also advises on distressed M&A matters, representing investment funds and industrial investors investing in underperforming companies.
From an insolvency perspective, he represents debtors in the setting up and implementation of reorganisation plans through prepackaged solutions, or representing investors in judicial business takeover plans.
In addition, Allan advises on litigation matters related to the French insolvency law and post-acquisition litigation.
Finally, Allan has taught corporate insolvency law at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University in the Master I Business Law program, as a teaching fellow.
