Allison Yniguez is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group focusing on commercial disputes related to products liability and automotive product warranty.
Prior to joining the firm, Allison practiced at a law firm in San Diego where she defended retail corporations in state and federal court against claims involving premises liability, products liability and talc and asbestos matters.
While attending Santa Clara University School of Law, Allison served as the assistant director of the Santa Clara Honors Moot Court Internal Program and as the president of the Santa Clara Mock Trial Team. Allison was also the president of the Santa Clara Women & Law Association, the American Constitution Society and the Supreme Court Review. She also served as the marketing director of the Latinx Law Student Association.
