About Ally

As a member of the firm’s Public Service Initiative, Ally Daniels’s practice is devoted to representing clients impacted by the criminal legal system. She litigates post-conviction and death penalty cases on behalf of indigent clients across the US.

Prior to joining the firm’s Public Service Initiative, Ally served as a law clerk at the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as an associate at a litigation boutique, where she represented clients in white collar and pro bono criminal matters, was a member of a trial team that secured a US$26 million verdict in a high-stakes civil rights lawsuit and assisted with cases before the Second Circuit and US Supreme Court.
