Ángel Delgado specialises in civil and commercial litigation, focusing his practice on contractual liability proceedings, non-contractual liability, class actions and enforcement proceedings.
He also has extensive experience in restructuring processes and insolvency litigation, having participated in refinancing operations, bridge financings and loan-to-own transactions, as well as in the judicial defence and challenge of restructuring plans and schedules of arrangement.
His practice further includes the preparation and review of statements of claim and defence, appeals at all levels – reconsideration, revision, before the Court of Appeal and before the Supreme Court – and motions for annulment of proceedings. In addition, he regularly drafts and reviews facility and refinancing agreements, and represents clients in preliminary hearings and trials.
