  • Advising on whether proposed activities are regulated and, if so, advising on necessary authorisations and permissions required.

  • Advised on a private bank’s ongoing regulatory compliance under MiFID II.
  • Advising on the implementation of regulatory regimes, such as the consumer duty.
  • Acted for a mortgage provider in respect of a regulatory investigation.
