Dan Hassett is an of counsel in our Global Corporate Practice Group based in our Paris office.
Dan specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has experience of a wide range of matters, including divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, leveraged buyouts, tender offers, controlled auctions, corporate governance and equity investments.
Dan completed his training contract with the firm and previously worked in our Leeds office.
