Daniel Tůma’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), general corporate matters and corporate restructuring, including mergers and spinoffs, real estate transactions and commercial disputes.
Daniel joined the firm as a fourth-year student from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he provided support on numerous real estate and corporate transactions, as well as several litigation and investment arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked with the Czech Ministry of Justice’s Department for Expert Witnesses and Insolvency Practitioners, and a Czech law firm. He has also completed a study programme with the Faculty of Law at Ludwig Maxmillian Universität in Munich.
