About Deborah

Deborah Myers is an associate in our Global Corporate Practice Group based in our Cincinnati office, where she represents clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance.

While in law school, Deborah was a corporate law fellow and served in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to Cincinnati startups and nonprofits. She also served as a judicial extern for the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and as a faculty research assistant in corporate and securities law. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research & Writing, Business Associations, Real Estate Transactions, Law & Literature Seminar and Advanced Legal Research, as well as the Ernest Karam Book Award for Academic Excellence.
