Acting for the administrators of Philips Trust Corporation Ltd (formerly known as The Will Writing Company) in administering tens of millions of pounds worth of trust assets pursuant to a novel distribution plan approved by the court.
Acting for the administrators of Olympius Developments Limited, a real estate company, on the sale of an iconic apartment block in the Northeast of England.
