About Elena

Elena Evoyan is an English-qualified lawyer specialising in international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She advises shipowners, insurers, financial institutions and energy companies on high-value, multijurisdictional matters.

Elena has significant experience in maritime disputes, including charterparty and offshore-related matters, often involving parallel proceedings across jurisdictions. She regularly acts as lead associate in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the London Court of Internation Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), as well as in matters with a public international law dimension, including proceedings before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS).
